I am a Native of Arizona passionate about supporting families during their postpartum journey. I trained and became a Certified Postpartum doula through CAPPA in the fall of 2022 and became a full-time doula shortly after.

I enjoy supporting families during both day and nighttime. My experience has also included Ayurvedic cooking and breastfeeding support. I approach my care by guiding families to follow their intuition and listen to their baby's cues.
