Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do this in person instead?

Yes. In-person sessions are arranged through the Bellibind app, wherever you are in the world. Answer a few questions there and we'll come back to you with what's available and what it costs.

Do I need to have bought the wrap already?

No. Plenty of women book before buying anything, to find out whether the wrap
is right for them at all. Sometimes we tell them it isn't.

What if my baby cries the whole time?

Then your baby cries. Feed, pace, do whatever you need. Every one of us has been exactly there.

What if I need to move my time?

Reschedule free, as often as you need, using the link in your confirmation email. Plans change. We know.

Is 45 minutes enough?

For most people, yes. Bring the two or three things weighing on you most and we'll cover them properly instead of skimming ten.

Can my partner or my mom join?

Please do. Add them as a guest when you book. It helps when the person supporting you at home understands the wrap too.

Is this medical advice?

No. We're doulas, not doctors. If you're bleeding heavily, running a fever or in real pain, contact your provider now. We'll say the same on the call.
